ISS + Atlantis & new solar arrays


Video at 10 times real speed of the ISS with shuttle Atlantis docked flying over the UK. Astronauts had just deployed the new S4 solar array seen at the bottom of the picture. A flare can be seen from one of the Progress vehicle solar panels. imaged using a Meade LX-200 10″ scope, Philips ToUCam webcam and home written tracking software.

    This is really wonderful. Is there any chance you could upload a version showing the video at the correct speed? I could watch the ISS for hours, so 1m40s wouldn’t intrude!
