In Victoria, what qualifications does a person need to install solar panels for customers?

    Don’t worry about other too much. Their lack of useful answers demonstrates their lack of understanding the question.

    Your best bet for most accurate information on the credentials would depend in part if the installation was to include a tie in to the main grid. If it does, the power company can detail what those credentials need to be.

    If they are off grid, at a minimum, the prevailing electrical codes for your location- usually available form your local unit of government that handles the inspections and permiting for the type of structure. Ie. Commercial, ag, or residential.
