    Simple answer: D – turning of the fan blades connected to a shaft driving a generator.
    But.
    If the shaft is connected to a pump bring water out of the ground, mechanical to mechanical or even kinetic to potential.
    If you start with wind (heat energy), you could get to mechanical energy (a spinning shaft) or electrical energy (output of a generator).

    Not a very clear question unless more context is included.
