Will an alternative solar panel work for a remote control that needs a 4V 25mA power?

I saw on a video that I need a 4V 25mA solar panel.
It is suppose to build a solar powered remote. However, I cant find a 4V 25mA solar panel. Are there any other options?
It needs to be fairly small to stick on the back of a remote control (For a T.V)
