Should Obama put the Solar Panels back on the White House roof?
They were initially put there by Jimmy Carter, but Reagan had them taken down.
I think Obama should put them back, not just for the obvious reason of energy conservation, but to flip ol’ Raygun the proverbial posthumous bird.
