I’m setting up my homemade solar panels and I have a question series or parallel connection.?

I have my solar chips in series in each panel, but should I connect the panels in Parallel or also in series…? I have 10 panels, each producing around 18 volts, and intend to Connect them to 10 12v deep …

Im looking for the one that put out the most amp. Each cell is putting out 3.8V. and 20mil amp.
